I turned on “Sportscentre” and found out that Alex Ovechkin ended his eight game goalless “droat,” but then the Caps lost in a “shoot-oat.” I laughed. And then I was a little embarrassed. But then Alberta conceded to Saskatchewan in curling. And at the Tim Horton’s Brier, for crying out loud! You’re killing me, Canada!
